Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React, Redux, and modern CSS.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect code.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and technical excellence.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability, including implementing caching strategies and lazy loading.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment and maintenance.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
- Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or MobX.
- Familiarity with modern build tools and package managers like Webpack, npm, or Yarn.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, agile environment.
