Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff scheduling
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets and enhance customer loyalty
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15+ retail associates through performance management
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement actionable improvement plans
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations
- Foster positive community relationships through local partnerships and events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of retail management experience with proven sales growth track record
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop diverse teams
- Expertise in inventory control, loss prevention, and visual merchandising
- Proficient in retail management software (e.g., Square, Lightspeed)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends
