Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 5-7 sales professionals through performance coaching and goal setting
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Tampa Bay area
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials and campaigns
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior leadership
- Participate in industry events and conferences to expand our market presence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and market insights
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
