Apex Digital Strategies is seeking a visionary Senior SEO Manager to drive our organic growth strategy. As a leader in the digital marketing space, we are looking for a data-driven professional who can execute high-impact SEO campaigns and mentor a team of content creators and developers. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end SEO lifecycle, from technical audits to content strategy and link building. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our digital presence remains dominant in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Lead Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve site architecture issues, crawl errors, and Core Web Vitals opportunities.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword-rich, high-quality content calendars that align with user intent and search trends.
- Link Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link building strategy to acquire high-authority backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console to provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior SEO specialists and collaborate with web developers to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to stay ahead of algorithm updates and market shifts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO; proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to significantly increase organic traffic and search rankings for enterprise-level clients.
