Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct in-depth technical audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems that hinder search engine performance.
- Content Strategy: Partner with content creators to develop high-value, keyword-optimized content strategies that resonate with target audiences and align with search intent.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to enhance domain authority and improve organic ranking for key competitive terms.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights and monthly performance reports to stakeholders.
- Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor competitor strategies, keyword trends, and algorithm updates to keep our SEO tactics ahead of the curve.
- On-Page Optimization: Optimize meta tags, headers, and site architecture to ensure maximum visibility and user experience across all devices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a fast-paced digital agency or a high-growth startup environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) concepts.
- Tool Mastery: Expertise in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical SEO issues.
