Responsibilities
- Technical SEO: Conduct comprehensive site audits and implement technical fixes to enhance site speed and crawlability.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and copy.
- Link Building: Develop and execute high-quality backlink strategies to improve domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing actionable insights.
- Keyword Research: Identify high-value keywords and track ranking fluctuations over time.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a full-service agency environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with CMS platforms like WordPress.
- Tools: Proficiency in tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Analytics 4.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to stakeholders.
- License: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites within Pennsylvania.
