Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical and on-page SEO audits to identify optimization opportunities.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies aligned with user intent and keyword research.
- Collaborate with web developers to improve site speed, mobile usability, and crawlability.
- Analyze website performance metrics using Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party tools.
- Monitor competitor strategies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Lead a team of junior SEO analysts and provide mentorship.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of increasing organic traffic.
- Deep understanding of Google’s algorithm updates and best practices.
- Proficiency in technical SEO, including schema markup, canonicalization, and site architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
