Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive web traffic.
- Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve website issues that impact search performance.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, meta tags, and headings for target keywords.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link building campaigns to improve domain authority and backlink profiles.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console; generate monthly performance reports.
- Local SEO: Optimize Google Business Profile listings and local citations to dominate local search results in Illinois and Texas markets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within the marketing or tech industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
- Analytics: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
