Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end SEO strategy, including technical audits, on-page optimization, and link-building campaigns.
- Oversee the integration of AI tools into our SEO workflows to enhance keyword research and content scalability.
- Monitor algorithm updates (Google, Bing) and adapt our strategies to maintain high rankings in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop data-driven content calendars that drive organic traffic and user engagement.
- Analyze complex datasets using Google Analytics 4 and Search Console to identify growth opportunities and ROI.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and data analysis.
- Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, including Google's latest updates and 2026 predictive models.
- Proficiency in technical SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue) and server-side rendering (SSR) is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
