- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement on-page and off-page optimization tactics.
- Lead keyword research and content strategy to align with business goals and user intent.
- Analyze web analytics data (Google Analytics 4, Search Console) to track performance, identify trends, and report on ROI.
- Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure site architecture and content are optimized for search engines.
- Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to perform on-page audits.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
