Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, including site speed, crawlability, and indexation issues.
- Develop and execute high-level keyword research strategies to target high-value search intent and capture market share.
- Lead link-building campaigns and outreach efforts to acquire high-authority backlinks from reputable sources.
- Analyze website performance data using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and proprietary tools to report on ROI and KPIs.
- Collaborate with content creators and developers to optimize on-page elements for maximum SEO impact.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including AI-driven search and semantic SEO, to future-proof our strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Search Engine Optimization, with a focus on technical SEO and analytics.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates (Core Web Vitals, Helpful Content Update, etc.).
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing SEO projects in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
