Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits to identify and resolve SEO issues that hinder search engine crawling and indexing.
- Develop and implement enterprise-level SEO strategies to improve organic traffic, rankings, and keyword visibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Development, Design) to optimize website architecture and user experience for SEO.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Stay abreast of the latest search engine algorithm updates (Google Core Updates) and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO analysts, providing technical guidance and best practices.
- Execute backlink building campaigns and outreach strategies to improve domain authority.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in Technical SEO, preferably within a high-growth tech company or agency.
- Deep understanding of Google’s Search Algorithms, Core Web Vitals, and E-E-A-T guidelines.
- Proficiency in analyzing log files and understanding server-side SEO implications.
- Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML sitemaps.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
