Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexing problems.
- Develop and execute data-driven SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building campaigns.
- Analyze website performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console to report on ROI and organic growth.
- Collaborate with content teams to optimize web copy and ensure semantic relevance for target keywords.
- Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends to proactively adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage and mentor junior SEO analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, including technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
