Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawlability, indexing, and site speed issues.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to dominate search rankings for high-value target markets.
- Lead on-page optimization efforts, ensuring content is structured for both search engines and users.
- Analyze complex analytics data to measure campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content, dev, design) to implement schema markup and structured data.
- Manage and oversee a team of junior SEO analysts to ensure consistent execution of best practices.
- Stay ahead of Google algorithm updates and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a focus on technical SEO and link building.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and Ahrefs/SEMrush.
- Experience managing large-scale SEO projects and improving organic traffic by 20%+.
- Strong technical background with the ability to communicate with developers regarding site architecture.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience working with SaaS or e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) is a plus.
