Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our website.
- Manage and optimize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline recruitment pipelines and enhance candidate experience.
- Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve website issues, including site speed, crawlability, and mobile-friendliness.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO data to adjust strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and hiring targets.
- Collaborate with content creators and hiring managers to develop SEO-optimized job descriptions and marketing collateral.
- Utilize keyword research tools to identify high-value recruitment keywords and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Recruitment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong command of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console) and analytics platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for candidate screening and client relations.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the technology or professional services industry is highly preferred.
