Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and indexation problems.
- Develop and execute data-driven keyword strategies to improve organic rankings for key client accounts.
- Lead on-page optimization efforts, including content strategy, meta tags, and schema markup implementation.
- Manage and oversee a high-volume backlink profile, ensuring white-hat link building practices.
- Analyze complex web analytics data (Google Analytics, Search Console) to generate actionable insights and quarterly reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators and developers to align SEO goals with overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably within a digital agency or in-house marketing team.
- Strong technical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to perform advanced site audits.
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
- Demonstrated experience managing large-scale SEO campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client meetings in the Philadelphia area.
