Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement strategic improvements to enhance site architecture and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with user intent and algorithmic trends.
- Manage and mentor a team of junior SEO specialists and content creators.
- Monitor algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies to maintain high rankings.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of proven experience in SEO, including a strong background in technical SEO and link building.
- Deep understanding of Google’s E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, and Trustworthiness) principles.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and technical tools (Google Search Console, Screaming Frog).

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
