Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive SEO audits and technical optimization strategies to improve search rankings.
- Manage and optimize job postings across multiple platforms to drive high-quality applications.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using advanced Boolean search techniques and ATS tools.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and employer branding narratives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both recruitment funnels and SEO campaigns.
- Write compelling, keyword-rich content for landing pages, job descriptions, and blog posts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Recruitment.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a focus on immediate results.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- Willingness to work from locations in Raleigh, NC or Florida (Remote/Hybrid).
