Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define and implement technical requirements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to foster team growth.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex issues in production environments, and ensure system reliability.
- Participate actively in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including planning, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java, with hands-on experience in modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Angular.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional, agile teams.
