Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of high-performance software architectures using modern best practices.
- Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and team growth.
- Optimization: Analyze and optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high scalability.
- Testing: Implement comprehensive unit and integration tests to maintain high standards of reliability.
- Deployment: Manage CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) for seamless deployments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in React, Node.js, or Python, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Tools: Strong understanding of Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
