What You'll Do:
- Architect and implement scalable, high-performance software systems.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and security.
- Drive technical decisions and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from planning to deployment.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing and adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and contribute to technical documentation.
- Work closely with product managers to define product roadmap and feature sets.
- Conduct performance tuning and database optimization as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Go.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
