Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture on AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct rigorous testing and performance tuning for mission-critical applications
- Stay current with emerging trends in DevOps and cloud-native development
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python/Node.js)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in RESTful API design and integration
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional agile teams
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
