Responsibilities
- Architect and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization with Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming sessions
- Collaborate with Product teams to define technical roadmaps
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
- Optimize AWS infrastructure for cost and performance
- Drive DevOps initiatives for automated testing and deployment
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in enterprise software development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong proficiency with Java, Python, and SQL
- Agile/Scrum methodologies experience
- CI/CD pipeline implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
