Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable cloud-native solutions using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior engineers through technical reviews and pair programming
- Optimize system performance for 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Terraform and Kubernetes
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical documentation
- Lead incident response and post-mortem analysis
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience in distributed systems
- Expertise in Go, Python, or Java with strong CS fundamentals
- Proven track record with microservices architecture and event-driven design
- Deep knowledge of container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS)
- Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Strong background in security best practices and compliance frameworks
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership
