Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance web applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and user stories.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement effective solutions to optimize application performance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements to existing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and React (or equivalent stack).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, NoSQL) and RESTful APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Must be willing to start immediately and work on-site in Indianapolis, IN.
