As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll architect distributed systems, mentor junior developers, and drive technical excellence in a collaborative Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB)
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and Docker
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct system performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Document architecture decisions and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in backend development with Java
- Expertise in distributed systems and cloud architectures
- Proven track record with microservices and RESTful APIs
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and infrastructure-as-code
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
