Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and Python
- Optimize cloud-native applications on AWS/GCP with Kubernetes
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Drive CI/CD pipeline improvements using Jenkins and GitLab
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Conduct system architecture reviews and performance tuning
- Champion DevOps best practices and infrastructure-as-code
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record in fintech or SaaS products
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible)
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
