Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, high-performance software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code; conduct thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented engineering culture.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to improve system reliability and speed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to define feature requirements.
- DevOps: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in a cloud environment.
- Languages: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go.
- Databases: Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud: Experience with AWS or GCP (Google Cloud Platform) is required.
- Containerization: Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
