Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure software architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Problem Solving: Debug complex issues and optimize system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Oversee CI/CD pipelines and manage deployments to cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Django).
- Cloud Skills: Strong experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Tools: Experience with Git, Docker, and Agile methodologies.
