Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable web and mobile applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Mentor junior developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimizing application performance and security.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C# and frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
