Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design, implement, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Code Optimization: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other engineers to define project requirements and deliverables.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions to foster team growth.
- Testing & QA: Develop comprehensive unit and integration tests to ensure system reliability, stability, and performance.
- Problem Solving: Identify technical bottlenecks and propose scalable solutions to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript (React/Vue preferred).
- Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Databases: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
