Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features on agile sprints
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize system performance with automated testing
- Contribute to architectural decisions and stay updated on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python and cloud platforms
- Expertise in RESTful API design, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with fintech or high-transaction systems preferred
