Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of microservices using Java/Spring Boot and React
- Design and implement cloud infrastructure on AWS with CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices
- Contribute to open-source projects and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development
- Expertise in Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of mentoring development teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes) preferred
