Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance cloud-native applications using Java and Python
- Lead architectural decisions and code reviews to ensure system scalability and security
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and optimize DevOps workflows for rapid deployment
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and knowledge-sharing sessions

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and DevOps tools
