Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot on AWS
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes and Terraform
- Mentor junior developers through pair programming and code reviews
- Conduct performance tuning and database optimization (PostgreSQL/Redis)
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement security best practices (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP compliance)
- Drive agile ceremonies and sprint planning ceremonies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in enterprise Java/Spring development
- Expertise in cloud architecture (AWS/GCP) and containerization
- Strong background in RESTful API design and GraphQL
- Proficient with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito, JMeter)
- Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills through technical assessments
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
