Responsibilities
- Architect scalable microservices using cloud-native technologies (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Lead cross-functional teams in Agile sprints to deliver enterprise-grade solutions
- Optimize database performance and implement CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement robust data protection measures
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (MS preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container orchestration
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI) and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor developers
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure, Kubernetes) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating complex system design projects
