Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable cloud-native applications using microservices architecture
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions on AWS
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines and containerization
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and roadmaps

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in agile environments
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and API design principles
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps toolchains (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines
