Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of scalable cloud-native applications using Java and Python
- Architect microservices solutions on AWS infrastructure with CI/CD automation
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize system performance and implement robust security protocols
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years total)
- Expert proficiency in Java, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong background in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges
- Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional team collaboration
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure) preferred
