Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-performance microservices using Java/Spring Boot
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for cloud deployments on AWS
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and architecture sessions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct security audits and implement data protection measures
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise Java development
- Expertise in RESTful API design and cloud-native architectures
- Strong background in SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- Proficient with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- AWS certification or equivalent cloud infrastructure experience
- Proven track record of delivering scalable fintech solutions
