Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native applications using AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and pair programming sessions
- Optimize system performance using load testing and A/B methodologies
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Terraform infrastructure-as-code
- Contribute to open-source projects and present at local tech meetups
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Expertise in React, Node.js, and serverless architecture patterns
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Proven experience leading agile development teams of 3+ engineers
- Strong background in database design (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
- Portfolio demonstrating production-grade applications with 10K+ MAU
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
