Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP and containerization technologies
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for 99.9% uptime systems
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Conduct performance profiling and implement scalable solutions handling 10K+ RPS
- Drive DevOps best practices including infrastructure-as-code and monitoring
- Present technical solutions to stakeholders through clear documentation and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (8+ years total)
- Expertise in Java/Python and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proven experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Strong background in distributed systems and database optimization
- Agile/Scrum certification or demonstrable experience
- Portfolio showcasing complex projects with measurable impact
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
