Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices architecture using AWS/GCP
- Mentor 3-5 junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for containerized deployments
- Define technical specifications for new product features
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct system performance tuning and scalability analysis
- Participate in on-call rotation for production systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java/Spring Boot and Python/Flask frameworks
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Strong background in REST API design and GraphQL
- Experience with event-driven architecture and message queues
- CS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
