Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development of cloud-native applications using AWS and microservices architecture
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and technical workshops

Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with 3+ in leadership roles

- Strong understanding of database design (SQL/NoSQL) and caching strategies
