Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead code reviews and technical documentation for 5+ cross-functional teams
- Optimize application performance and security protocols (CI/CD pipelines)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and architecture workshops
- Implement automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium) for 95%+ code coverage
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade web applications
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Strong proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Agile/Scrum certification or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
