Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance backend and frontend systems for the 2026 Platform, ensuring robustness and security.
- Code Leadership: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
- Feature Development: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and implement optimizations to ensure sub-100ms load times and seamless user experiences.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends and propose architectural improvements to keep the 2026 Platform ahead of the curve.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and API specifications to ensure team alignment and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Core Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, and modern TypeScript.
- Cloud & DevOps: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Database: Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and design resilient systems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
