Responsibilities
- Lead development of cloud-native applications using AWS and Azure
- Design microservices architecture with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical specs
- Optimize database performance (PostgreSQL/MongoDB)
- Contribute to open-source projects and technical blogs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of container orchestration and serverless
- Proven track record of mentoring engineering teams
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
