Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle development of scalable cloud-native applications using Java/Spring Boot
- Mentor junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS and Docker
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex production issues
- Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to tech roadmap planning
- Participate in architectural decisions for high-availability systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture
- Strong understanding of AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions)
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications
