Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance software systems using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, conducting thorough code reviews to ensure best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define features and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Problem Solving: Identify complex technical challenges and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and reliability.
- Deployment: Participate in the CI/CD pipeline, automate testing, and ensure smooth deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with a strong understanding of backend frameworks (Django, Spring, Node.js).
- Database: Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Cloud Proficiency: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
