Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications. You will play a key role in architecting solutions that drive our business forward and improve user experience across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt within the codebase.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the technical vision and strategy of the engineering department.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and a backend language (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Experience with database technologies such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
