Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native applications using AWS/GCP
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and technical guidance
- Optimize system performance and scalability for high-traffic platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies
- Lead technical innovation through prototyping and PoC development
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal tech communities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development (Java/Python)
- Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Proven leadership in full SDLC ownership
- Experience with event-driven systems and message queues
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP) preferred
